As an emotion, happiness seems a bit fickle.  When it's there, things are great.  But just give it a few minutes and we are in the tank.  What if, because of Jesus' resurrection, happiness could have a different quality?  A quality that goes beyond circumstantial feelings?

Around 2,000 years ago Jesus came back from the dead under His own power.  We celebrate that event and that day at Easter.  But Jesus' resurrection is more than just an event to celebrate... it opened the door to change everything about a dead-end life into one that opens up to the one God intends for you.

It seems so unbelievable that a person could have actually done everything the Bible says Jesus did.  So, it might make sense that He was made up... maybe from stories of other gods... maybe?  But, then again, when we put together what the Bible and other historical documents say about Jesus and these other god stories, it becomes clear that the Biblical account is shockingly the most reasonable.

"How can a good God allow evil and suffering?" is one of the oldest questions.  It's a very real question, and its a very personal question.  How does Christianity answer this question?  How does it stack up against other worldviews?  Is it possible to find any meaning in my pain?
