Okay, okay... lions are fascinating, and, in a way, so are witches, but wardrobes?  They are just fancy storage boxes.  At least that's what they are until they aren't.

In The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, this ordinary piece of furniture is actually a portal to the supernatural world of Narnia and serves as a reminder that the supernatural is a lot closer and more accessible than we tend to realize.  So the question remains, how do we experience the supernatural in our ordinary lives?  Well, step through this humble episode and see.

The White Witch in The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe represents the very real supernatural evil adversary that is actively at work trying to separate you from an eternal separation with God.  But God has given us access to a greater power and by it we can overcome supernatural evil in our lives and world.

In The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe the lion Aslan is the God-like character in Narina.  Why did C. S. Lewis make that character a lion and what does that characterization mean for you in your spiritual growth?

Nov 24, 2019

All of us want to have a connection with the supernatural, but sometimes it seems so far away.  As it turns out, it is actually very close to us at all times.  The story of TheLion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, provides a metaphor for understanding our connection to the supernatural and the connection God wants to make with you.

When it comes down to it, the Bible offers us a very practical look at how to honor God in every situation.  It comes down to how we process and respond to our situations, then what next steps we actually take.

Oct 27, 2019

We tend to think God is interacting with us generally, but it turns out He is actually dealing with us situationally.  Often the situations we have in the common spaces of our lives (like your living room) provide plenty of growth opportunities.  And as we follow Him well, He expands our perspective to give our lives more living room.
